Abdominal Breathing


Abdominal breathing is very helpful to flow chi or Mana or Qi or Prana through your body, mind and spirit. Everyday if you practice it twice surely it will help you to detoxify your body. Your body produces toxic radical’s everyday. You need to detoxify those free radicals. Otherwise your aging will be faster. The more you detoxify your free radicals, the more smother your skin will be. Abdominal breathing acts as an anti-oxidant. You need not to pay for this. Just be aware of the benefit of the technique and practice it regularly. While inhaling through your nostrils your upper chest and abdomen will get expanded, whereas while exhaling through your mouth your mouth will be expanded like melon.
