Our mind is our greatest strength and it is also our
greatest enemy. We cannot concentrate into a single object. Our mind is
wandering here and there. You can experience this if you sit for meditation. You
will find difficulty to concentrate your mind. There is an art to concentrate
your mind into a single object which is known is deep breathing. Deep breathing
will help you to relax your mind and gradually it will lead to you into the
deeper meditative level. Day by day your ability to concentrate into a single
object will increase. You can harness your mind power. Your thoughts create
matter. You have to have a control over your thought in order to do that. Harnessing
your will power can change your life if you know the proper technique.
